23rd Annual Main Street USA Festival – Vendors Needed

The City of Barstow and The Barstow Chamber of Commerce along with many other great non-profit organizations and clubs present this annual family festival celebrating the history and culture of Route 66 complete with a car show, beer garden, live music, and loads of activities. “We are so excited for this collaboration! Building community is what we are all about and what a better way to do so then with the VERY BEST hand picked, small business owners for a Main Street USA Festival 2022. On Saturday, October 8th from 9am-3pm, we will be located on Main Street on the historic route 66 of old town Barstow. ForZia is collaborating with the Saturday Night Cruisers, Barstow area Chamber of Commerce, Miss Route 66 pageant and Main St. Murals. This event is the 23rd annual festival and takes place every year. We expect to have over 200 cars and 30 clubs participating this day. This event will have a beer and food garden, live music, local curated artisans, Kids activities, car show and more! I am asking all participating vendors to donate one item for our raffle. Each vendor who donates a raffle prize will receive free promotion over the sound system throughout the event. Large attendance and great sales for everyone! 

For this market event, we will be selecting 14+ vendors. All vendors must go through our application and review process (please see attached file). Vendors must have a valid seller’s permit and general liability insurance to participate. This is an outside event. Merchants can sign up for  a 10×10 space (EZ UP required) with the booth fee of $65.00. Food Truck merchants can also sign up for our beer and food garden with a fee of $90.00.

A deposit of $50.00 will need to be made after your approval and the invoice is sent, to book and secure spaces ( you can pay the total booth fee as well). Please understand, If a deposit is not made YOU WILL NOT have a space. Your deposit is non-refundable and will ultimately go towards your total booth fee. The remainder of your booth fee is due a week before the market. You will be assigned a booth space number and I will email you a map of your booth location. We ask that you arrive at 7am to start setting up. It is important that you arrive on time to maintain good traffic flow, Main St will be blocked off for this event. Once you are done unloading your vehicle, please park in designated vendor parking. We will direct you to that location the day of the event.  

ForZia MarketPlace will be making flyers and posting on social media as well as handing out to different business locations. Your participation in helping us share and tag is very important to us and you as small business owners. It truly takes a FAMILY to make this the best and with all of us working together we can’t go wrong! We look forward to working with you and can’t wait to celebrate this successful event together!”
