Event will be held both indoors and outdoors. We intend on all vendors being indoors (unless requested to be outside or if any cooking is involved). We are looking for at least 10 vendors to provide Halloween and Fall Themed items or services for sale. Food should be finger foods, carnival foods, grab & go, treats or snacks (no full meals) and be within the theme. Photographers, retail, and other personal services welcome.
All vendors are asked to provide a giveaway instead of a raffle item or an entry fee. Giveaways can be little halloween themed stickers, toys, or trinkets for the kids’ halloween bags. Perhaps a free mini sample of a dish, product you sell, or treat. Maybe have a coloring station for kids, just get creative with it!
All food vendors are responsible for cleaning any kitchen areas they use. Deadline to signup is Oct 14th
